Flagship Communities REIT owns and operates a portfolio of income-producing manufactured housing communities located in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Tennessee, Illinois, Arkansas, and Missouri, including a fleet of manufactured homes for lease to residents of such housing communities. We own and operate 81 total communities comprising a total of 15,066 lots.
