Flagship Communities Adds Another Indiana Community to Its Portfolio

Erlanger, KY—Flagship Communities announced today that it acquired a manufactured housing community located in Corydon, Indiana. The community, named Seven Oaks Pointe, has 83 home lots and is the 14th community owned by the company in southern Indiana. The community is currently 100% occupied and encompasses 13.31 acres.

“This acquisition provides us with additional homes and homesites in southern Indiana in a community located near shopping, schools and major roadways,” said Flagship CEO Kurt Keeney. “We look forward to upgrading the park and providing additional services to the residents of Seven Oaks Pointe.”

Seven Oaks Pointe is conveniently located near shopping, including Walmart in historic Corydon which is located in Harrison Township. The town of Corydon features an historic downtown area, popular with tourists, and Harrison County fairgrounds, home to the annual Harrison County Fair.
