Flagship Communities Acquires Northern Kentucky Manufactured Home Community
Erlanger, KY—Northern Kentucky based manufactured housing company, Flagship Communities, has acquired Hillcrest Pointe Manufactured Home Community on Cody Road in Independence, Kentucky.
“We welcome the residents of Hillcrest Pointe to our family of communities,” said Flagship CEO Kurt Keeney. “We look forward to bringing this community up to the standards of our other communities and welcoming our new neighbors.” Hillcrest Pointe includes 71 homes and is located near Kenton County Park and Golf Course.
The Hillcrest Pointe residents will be seeing major improvements by the end of the year with the addition of a new playground and basketball courts. The community provides on-site management and maintenance staff for the convenience of the residents.
“Home ownership is the most important source of personal wealth and stability for most families,” said Kurt Keeney. “Our company’s turnkey model of operations puts people in affordable, brand new homes that they own for the first time in their life.” The company also offers rental options for its customers.
The company was named to the Business Courier’s Fast 55 list of the region’s fastest growing companies in 2016, 2017 and once again in 2018, and has also been a semi-finalist two times for the Goering Center’s Family & Private Business Awards. For more information, visit http://yougotithomes.com.
