Flagship Communities Acquires Fourth Ohio Community

46th Community Located in North Bend

Erlanger, KY—In its first acquisition since February, Northern Kentucky-based Flagship Communities announced that it has acquired its fourth residential manufactured housing community in Ohio, this time in North Bend.  Redwood Pointe includes 43 home sites and is the 46th community owned by the company, currently operating in four states. Redwood Pointe is presently 90% occupied and encompasses 7  acres. With this acquisition, Flagship now owns over 450 lots in Ohio. Redwood Pointe is located at 3480 Lawrenceburg Road, North Bend Ohio.

Located near I-275 in Hamilton County’s west side, Redwood Pointe is within the Southwest School District in the Whitewater Township village of North Bend. The historic suburban community of North Bend is located along the Great Miami and Ohio Rivers approximately 15 miles from downtown Cincinnati and six miles east of the Ohio/Indiana state line.
